Paris really does have something to offer everyone, with its vast array of stunning, historic architecture, museums, art galleries, theatres, opera houses, shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes. Throughout history, Paris has remained at the centre of the Francophone world, and has been home to many of the greatest French writers, poets, playwrights and artists, and really is the perfect location for your French language course.

We have three schools, all located in Central Paris, offering a wide range of French courses and accommodation. All of our courses are total immersion courses, which will help you to learn as much French as possible in the time you have available. With the wide range of French language courses and levels that we offer, we will certainly have a course to suit you!

Our French language schools in Paris

All three of our schools in Paris are very centrally located. All of our schools offer excellent facilities for students, and also offer high quality courses taught by highly qualified, native French speakers who are fully qualified to teach French as a foreign language to international students of all levels, from complete beginner to advanced! In terms of professionalism and quality of teaching, there is nothing to separate any of our schools in Paris. However, they do offer slightly different course and accommodation options.

Our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school

Located in an exclusive residential area in the 16th arrondissement, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. This school is the most economically-priced of our Paris schools, but still also offers an excellent quality of French courses, as well as a fantastically varied cultural activities programme! Lessons at this school can be either in the mornings or in the afternoons.

Our Paris (Opera) school

Conveniently located, in the 9th arrondissement. The school is located just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Salle Favart of the famous Opéra-Comique, and just 20 minutes’ walk from the Seine and the Opéra Garnier. Our Paris (Opera) school guarantees a choice between morning or afternoon lessons, depending on your preference. The school also offers additional ‘skills’ workshops as part of the course, in such areas as listening and speaking, writing, grammar, Business French, DELF and DALF Exam preparation.  However, the school does not offer a cultural activities programme.

Our Paris (Louvre) school

Centrally located, in the 1st arrondissement, just 15 minutes’ walk from the world famous Louvre Museum. The school is just a short walk from the Palais Royal. This school offers exclusively mini-group courses, with a maximum of just 6 students per class. This school is therefore an ideal choice if you want to be taught in small groups, allowing more teacher-time per student. However, the guaranteed small class size in this school does mean that it tends to work out to be the most expensive of our three Paris schools.

Activities in Paris

Our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school offers a fantastic activities programme, that is designed both to help you explore this magnificent city and the local culture, as well as provide you with further opportunity to practice speaking French outside of the classroom. Activities are also an excellent way of meeting your fellow students, and making friends from all over the world! Examples of typical activities include guided visits to places of interest within the city (such as Montmartre, the Sorbonne, and the Louvre amongst others), wine and cheese evenings, boat trips and full day excursions to places such as the Loire Valley. All activities are optional, and whilst some may be included in the course price, others will incur a small charge payable directly to the school.

Our Paris (Louvre) school does also offer a cultural activities programme, although please note that this is not as comprehensive as our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school. Please note that our Paris (Opera) school does not offer cultural activities.

Paris Summer Course for Young Students
(13-17 years)

We also have a course in Paris specifically designed for Young Students aged 13-17 years. Stay in our school’s well-equipped, on-site residence, where you’ll have 20 or 25  French lessons every week. An exciting programme of sports, cultural activities and excursions is included, with a trip to Disneyland Paris or Parc Astérix on the agenda! Learn French and have fun with other young people from all over the world!
