How to pay for your course/accommodation

a) Pay on-line:
You can pay on-line via the secure page on our website:

b) If you want to pay your balance on-line:
In order to make balance payments on-line you'll need the five digit student number given on the top right-hand corner of your invoice.

You'll also need to select 'LC' if you booked via Language Courses Abroad.

Follow this link to pay the balance of your fees.

All data sent via our on-line payment form is encrypted and sent via a secure connection to our server.

Data received by our server is protected by a number of security measures.

c) Pay over the telephone
You can pay for your course, by telephoning our UK offices and giving your credit/debit card details to us over the telephone:

Calling from the UK:	01509 211612

Calling from the rest of the world:	International code, plus 44 1509 211612

Our UK offices are open from 0930 to 1730 hours, Monday to Friday and from 1000 to 1600 hours on Saturdays. (UK local time)

If calling from the USA or Canada, our UK offices are open from 4.30am US EST to 12.30pm US EST, Monday to Friday and from 5.00am US EST to 11.00am US EST on Saturdays.

d) Pay by post/mail
You can send your completed enrolment form by post to our UK offices, paying by cheque/check or bank transfer.

The currencies in which we accept payment

Our prices are quoted in US dollars $, pounds sterling £ and in euros €
You can choose to pay in either of these currencies.

How you can pay

We accept payment by:

• credit card (MasterCard and Visa)
• debit card
• cheque/check
• bank transfer

Please note that there is a 2% bank charge on credit card payments, as well as on non-UK debit cards.

There is no bank charge if you are paying in pounds sterling, using a UK debit card.

However, if you choose to pay in euros or US dollars, using a UK debit card, please be aware that there is a 2% bank charge.

Payment by cheque/check

If you choose to pay by cheque/check, there is a $45 US dollar bank charge for clearing US cheques. Please add this to the amount due.

There is a € 35 euro bank charge for clearing euro cheques. Please add this to the amount due.

There is no charge for clearing £ pound sterling cheques, drawn on UK bank accounts

Payment by bank transfer

When making a bank transfer, please pay any bank charges, so that the amount due is received by us in full.

When making payment by bank transfer it is essential that you send us the receipt or proof of transfer by email: info@languagesabroad.co.uk or by fax: 00 44 (0)1509 260037.

Cancellation policy

If you should unfortunately need to cancel your course, full details of our cancellation fees are given in our Terms and Conditions.

Privacy/Confidentiality

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal details are extremely important to us.

We have a series of security measures in place to protect personal details given to us by our clients and we will never pass on any such details to third parties.
