Our English language school in Bristol is located in the Clifton area of the city, just a few minutes from many of the city’s key points of interest. The excellent facilities at the school include a student lounge with coffee and drinks machines and a computer room. There is also a fantastic study room with many educational resources to help you with your English language studies, including practice listening recordings, practice exam papers for the IELTS and Cambridge exams, English reading books, listening stations with headphones, magazines, videos, and vocabulary and grammar exercises.

Accommodation in Bristol

Whilst studying at our English language school in Bristol, you can choose to stay in host family, student hostel or summer residence accommodation. We would always recommend host family accommodation as the best option linguistically, as your hosts will encourage you to speak English with them, and this is certainly the best way to practice what you have learnt in class!

Cultural activities

Our school in Bristol offers an extensive activities programme, which has been designed specifically to provide you with the opportunity to discover Bristol and the local culture, as well as practice your English outside of the classroom. Examples of activities include barbecue and karaoke evenings, boat trips around Bristol harbour, ten-pin bowling, ice-cream making, guided tours of historical sites, sports afternoons and pub trips. Regular excursions are also organised to other places of interest within the UK, such as London.
