The school is conveniently located close to the city centre, near a range of shops and sports facilities. Students can start their English course on any Monday of the year and there is a maximum of 6 students in the group classes, with an average of just 4, resulting in high quality teaching time for all students and a lot of personal attention.
The classrooms are all equipped with whiteboards and there is a self-study centre, computers, multimedia equipment and free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the school and gardens. Students can borrow a wide selection of books and other materials from the school library and relax between classes in the common room, with free tea and coffee facilities! There is also a small kitchen to prepare lunch and snacks, in addition to 2 sunny terraces and a large garden for barbeques, sunbathing, relaxing and socializing!
You can choose an Intensive (20 lessons per week), or a Super-Intensive (28 lessons per week) group course, to improve your general English skills in all areas of the language. These are the most popular courses at our school, with a focus on helping students to gain as much confidence as possible in English, to be able to communicate in all types of everyday situations.
If you already have an intermediate level of English and you are looking to improve your skills for further studies, or for your career, then you can choose to attend the Business English Course, or an Exam Preparation Course in order to pass the well-known Cambridge examination. Please contact us to find out about the specific start dates and duration of these specialized language courses.
Students who are looking for individual tuition and a programme catered to their own needs and requirements are welcome to book a course of Private English Lessons. We offer 15 one-to-one classes per week, for as many weeks as you wish.
There is also a Teacher’s refreshers course for non-native teachers of English, who would like to learn new methods of teaching and more about modern teaching techniques. This is a 2 week course offered in 2 different groups – for teachers of primary school students, or for secondary/adult class teachers.
In all of the classes, the school’s highly qualified teachers aim to provide the best possible environment and resources, using modern techniques to help you to develop your English language skills in all areas and for all kinds of real-life situations.
You can choose to stay with an English host family on a full-board basis, or in a self-catering, shared student apartment.
Students like to stay with a host family for the chance to meet the local people and to practise their English as much as possible! All families live on average 20 minutes walking distance from the school and all are monitored on a regular basis to ensure that students receive the best possible welcome. Executive host families with private bathrooms are also available on request.
The shared student apartments are located on site and have fully-equipped kitchens, shared living areas and bathrooms. There is free wireless internet access and a TV/DVD in all of the apartments. This is the ideal accommodation option for students who would like to get to know and live together with other international students from the school.
