Provençal life revolves around two things: the market, and the dining table! Aix-en-Provence has two Grands Marchés, which take place three times a week. At the markets in Place des Prêcheurs and Place de la Madeleine, you'll see top chefs and housewives alike buying produce, talking, and refining recipes. The Aixois are proud of their regional specialities, and are happy to give advice, so if you're not sure how something will taste, or how to prepare it, just ask! On our French and Cookery Course, you'll learn how to combine simple, fresh ingredients and Provençal herbs in delicious recipes you'll be using for years to come!Course
