French and Wine Course in Aix-en-Provence, France
Aix-en-Provence
Provence's excellent climate and soil are ideally suited to producing wines. Aix-en-Provence is known in particular for its full-bodied red wines and its fruity rosés. The white wine of Provence is dry and complements Mediterranean dishes and the local seafood perfectly. Learn about these wines and the great wines of France on our French and Wine Course in Aix-en-Provence!
Course
 The market, Aix-en-Provence |
You're in safe hands on our French and Wine Course! Your teacher is a professional oenologist, or trained wine expert, and your wine classes will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of wine appreciation. By the end of this course, you'll be able to describe a wine in terms of colour, nose and taste, and combine the right wine with the right dish. You'll also visit a local wine producer in his vineyard, and have wine tastings at each session
Suitability
Whether you want to build on your existing knowledge of wine, or you just enjoy a good glass, you'll love this course! Please note that an intermediate level of French or above is required.
