Learn French and the secrets of French cookery in the historic city of Annecy. Sitting at the foot of the French Alps, Annecy really is a beautiful place. Visit the picturesque riverside market, pick up some local produce and then learn how to make the most of it!
French chef Christine Rassat will deliver three workshops, and renowned guest chefs will guide you through a variety of recipes and themed menus.

You’ll learn French in the morning and have cookery lessons in the afternoons, giving you time to sample some local delicacies at lunch! The schedule in February includes an afternoon of fish-themed dishes, and you will also discover how to complement your creations with the right wine. Study with us in March and enjoy inventive menus and an afternoon devoted to mouth-watering desserts!
There will be 20 hours of French lessons or 15 hours if the class is divided into mini-groups. All cookery lessons will also be taught in French, allowing you to get to know the names of all the tasty ingredients!
Suitability
If you’d like to improve your French and learn how to cook with some French flair, this is the course for you! There really is no better place to refine your culinary skills than the scenic city of Annecy. All you need is an elementary level of French and a love of great food!
