Italian and Cookery Course in Pisa, Italy
Pisa
What better way to learn the practical skills of Italian cookery than in the home of a friendly Italian family? You'll not only learn how to cook some classic Italian dishes, but also learn about the Tuscan lifestyle and the Italian food culture! On this course, you'll find out how to prepare typical dishes of Italian regional cuisine, such as saffron rice from Lombardy and pasta alla norma from Sicily!

Pasta, bread, pizza and typical Italian stews...this course really does give you the grounding to create great dishes back home for your family and friends! Your cookery lessons will take place twice a week in the evenings, from 17.30-20.30, in the home of an Italian family. Each lesson concludes with a meal with the Italian family, plus a glass of wine or two! Please note that this course must be booked in conjunction with an Italian language course.

If you want to learn the essentials of Italian cookery in a warm and friendly family environment, then this is the course for you. This course is suitable for students with any level of Italian.
