Italian Cookery and Wine Course, Rome

Rome

Spend just a short while in Italy and you’ll realise that there is no such thing as Italian cuisine. Rather, there are over 20 Italian cuisines, from the rich risotto and polenta dishes of the northern regions, to the pizzas and pastas of the south. During this 4-week Italian Cookery and Wine Course in Rome, the ‘eternal city’ and enchanting capital of Italy, you’ll learn how to prepare some of Italy’s most representative regional dishes, and select the best wines to accompany them!.
