Italian and Cookery Course in Salerno, Italy

In Salerno, on the Amalfi Coast, they know all about 'mangiar bene', or the art of eating well! In Salerno, pizzas are topped using the freshest, creamiest buffalo mozzarella and tasty local tomatoes. Add to this a glass of good Campania wine, and you have the typical southern Italian meal - simple, but delicious! This Italian and Cookery course will help you learn how to cook like this!

Course

Italian and Cooking

The course takes place in a typical Italian kitchen with two Italian chefs as your teachers! You'll learn how to prepare Italian hors d'oeuvres, pizza, pasta, meat and vegetable dishes, and delicious desserts using locally sourced ingredients. After your cookery lesson, you'll taste the food you've prepared with a glass of Campania wine!

Suitability

Don't speak any Italian? Never cooked before? No problem! This course is suitable for all students, with any level of Italian or cookery skills.

Number of Italian lessons/week	This course should be taken in conjunction with a Standard, Intensive or Super-Intensive Italian Course.
