Italian and Cookery Course in Tuscany
San Giovanni
Tuscan cuisine, known for its simplicity, is an ideal place to begin if you want to learn how to cook like an Italian! Tuscans love their food, and none more so than our school’s cookery teacher, Alessio! His enthusiasm for local dishes is infectious, so you’ll feel like a competent chef in no time!

Each cookery lesson lasts 3-4 hours, and takes place in the evening. At the end of the lesson, you'll sit down with your fellow students and enjoy the meal you've prepared. By the end of your course, you will be able to prepare a full Italian menu, including dishes such as Tuscan bruschetta, tortelli, ravioli and the delicious desserts tiramisù and bianco mangiare!
Suitability
Do you want to cook like an Italian? Ever wondered why Tuscan dishes are so delicious? Then this is the course for you! Please note that an intermediate or above level of Italian is required.
