Spanish and Cookery Course in Valencia, Spain

Valencia, home to paella and other classic Spanish dishes, is the ideal location for a Spanish and Cookery Course! Eating is taken very seriously in Valencia, and the locals dine out often. If you haven’t yet tasted paella hand cooked over a wood fire, you’re in for a treat! Valencia is also home to the most famous of Spanish desserts, turrón, made from almonds and honey. Learn how to make delicious dishes from the Valencia region on our Spanish and Cookery Course!

Course

Enjoying paella in Valencia!

You can take this course for just one week, or longer – for up to four weeks. You’ll have two Spanish lessons, followed by three afternoon cookery lessons each day. Learn how to prepare delicious Spanish dishes with our friendly cookery teacher, and then taste them with fellow students! Communicating in Spanish during the cookery lessons will allow you to consolidate the Spanish you have learnt in class. Creating and experiencing Spanish dishes will also help you to discover the vibrant Spanish culture!

All you need for this course is a love of food! This course is open to students with any level of Spanish, from beginners to advanced.
