Many of our German courses in Freiburg consist of morning lessons, leaving you free to explore in the afternoons! Owing to its magnificent surroundings and excellent sports facilities, Freiburg is perfect for outdoor activities. Discover the Black Forest on bike, enjoy a round of golf, or you could even try paragliding! Winters bring ideal skiing conditions to the ski resorts within easy reach of Freiburg. Take it easier with a tour of the city’s historical treasures and shops, stopping to sample the local beers or coffees.

Our school in Freiburg

Our school is located in the centre of Freiburg, close to the university and many historical sites. It’s a detached building, standing in its own extensive grounds. There are 13 classrooms, a computer room, cafeteria, self-study room and parking facilities. After your German lessons, socialize on the terrace with your fellow students, or take advantage of the free WI-FI Internet access.

Your German course in Freiburg

All of our German courses in Freiburg are taught by native German speakers, with lots of experience in German tuition. Class sizes are restricted to a maximum of just twelve students. So teachers can pay individual attention to each and every student, allowing you to learn German quickly! German language programs here are available at a range of levels, from beginner to advanced, so there’s sure to be one for you!

Accommodation

Our Freiburg school has its own well-equipped residence, reserved just for its students. Here you can live and socialize with your fellow students, in an international community. The residence is within easy walking distance of both the school and Freiburg’s historical centre. Single and shared rooms are available, both with shared kitchens, terraces and satellite TV.

You may prefer to totally immerse yourself in the German language and culture, though. Live with German students in a comfortable residence/apartment building, sharing a kitchen and common room. Stay with one of our school’s friendly host families. Or live with your German tutor and take lessons at their home.

Cultural Activities

Enjoy your time in Freiburg, and really discover this beautiful region with our school’s varied program of activities and trips. On offer are wine-tasting sessions, cinema evenings, nights at the pub, volleyball tournaments and much more! Wednesday afternoons and Saturday or Sunday are devoted to excursions. The Black Forest, Basle (in Switzerland), and Strasbourg (in France), are all regular destinations!

German and football course in Freiburg (13-15 yrs)

Our Freiburg school also runs a great German and Football course for Young Students. The course includes 15 German lessons and four football training sessions each week. Improve your German with expert language tuition, and improve your football skills with professional coaching! Matches follow training, allowing you to use your new skills! Organized activities, like barbecues, movie-nights and trips around Freiburg and the Black Forest are also included. Accommodation is on-site at our well-equipped campus, in Freiburg’s beautiful suburbs.
