Learn German in Heidelberg

Heidelberg, home to one of Europe's oldest universities, is a great place in which to learn German! The large student community gives the city a truly international atmosphere, and Heidelberg's bars and restaurants are some of the best in Germany! Our German school in Heidelberg is right in the heart of the city's historic centre (the Altstadt), which is full of narrow streets, interesting shops and great cafes! Whatever time of year you plan your German course in Heidelberg, you can be sure you'll find plenty to see and do. Heidelberg's annual events include the Heidelberg Castle Festival, the Autumn Festival, the Heidelberg Film Festival, plus a regatta on the River Neckar and the Christmas Market! If you're planning a German course during the summer months (June, July & September), don't miss the castle illuminations, when visitors from across Germany come to see fireworks over the castle!
