Our school in Nice is in an elegant building in the centre of the city, just a short walk from the beach and the old town. There are 17 spacious classrooms, as well as an Internet room, private garden and a patio area for students to use at break time. The French language courses run throughout the year.

French Club 50+ course in Nice and Montpellier

Students over 50 are more than welcome to join our normal courses. However for those who prefer to be with people of a similar age, we offer 'French Club 50+' in either Nice or Montpellier, combining 3 French classes/day with a cultural programme: 3 afternoon activities , 1 evening activity/wk + 1 full day excursion. Typical activities in Nice include guided visit to the old town, excursion to Antibes/Monte Carlo/Monaco, visit to the Picasso museum, wine-tasting, classical music concert, Matisse museum visit, guided visit to perfumery in village of Eze, plus farewell dinner with teachers. The programme in Montpellier is similar. Accomodation is available in hotels, private studios, (Nice only) residence with en-suite facilities (Montpellier only) or host families (Nice and Montpellier). We also have specialised courses for Young Students who wish to learn French in Nice. This exciting city on the French Riviera has fantastic sandy beaches and irresistible turquoise seas, attracting young people from all over the world. Our Option One school in Nice is just a 10-minute walk away from the beach! You can even have your French lessons out in the summer sun with our school’s outdoor classrooms. The school also has 10 indoor classrooms, a games room, TV room and great sports facilities. Choose between our well-equipped on-site residence and accommodation with a French host family.

Having fun on the course

There is also an on-site residence at our Option Two school in Nice, which is close to both the beach and the city centre. After your French lessons, socialize with other students in the school’s gardens, go for swim in the Mediterranean or join in with our school’s packed activities program. The program includes activities like kayaking, football, paragliding, beach parties, museum trips, discos and many more! You’ll always have something to do, and you’ll be constantly practicing your French with your new friends on the course.
