Commercial Italian

If you want to improve your commercial Italian, this two-week course is ideal for you. There are 30 lessons/week focusing on finance, tourism, business and commercial correspondence.

Personalised Course

This course is suitable for students wanting to make as much progress as possible during their stay in Italy. You'll have 40 private lessons/week, plus lunch with a teacher 5 days/week.

Italian & Cookery

Learn how to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza and local desserts such as torta caprese in the home of a friendly Neapolitan couple. You'll have 20 language lessons/week, plus 3 evening cookery lessons/week. And the best part? Naples' cooks pride themselves on making the best dishes from the simplest ingredients. Learn how on this professional Neapolitan Cookery course! You'll have 3 cookery lessons a week. This course should be taken in conjunction with a language course.

Italian & Professional Pizza-making Course

Learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza-making, from making dough, to rolling techniques and flavour combinations! On this 20 week course, you'll start off with 4 weeks Intensive Italian Course, followed by 4 weeks Professional Pizza-making course. Then you'll do a further 12 weeks Intensive Italian Course, in conjunction with evening work experience in a pizzeria. read more

Held in April, September and October, this course explores some of the most famous Italian wines. To be taken in conjunction with a language course.
