The spectacularly beautiful country of Panama connects North and South America. Choose a Spanish language course with us in this adventure paradise between the seas and you will get to know a unique place, brimming with history and culture. Panama vibrates with dance and music, overflows with sunshine, offers spectacular beaches, turquoise waters and is covered in jungle, wildlife and waterfalls.
The country´s small size means you can easily discover both the Caribbean and the Pacific coast and explore the jungle and the nature inland as well! The central spine of mountains and hills that forms the continental divide is the main feature of the landscape in Panama. There are unspoiled highlands with an abundance of nature in the west of the country, Caribbean dreams with breathtaking beaches and vibrant coral reefs can be found in the north and dense, lush rainforest in the east! In the centre of all of this you can also visit the cosmopolitan and modern capital city of Panama, with its first class entertainment scene and fantastic restaurants.
The economy of Panama is booming and transforming the land with the result that, in addition to the development of the famous canal, the museums, shops, restaurants, and cafes have also recently been given an upgrade! The culture scene in Panama derives from traditions that were brought over by the Spanish and then blended with African and native American influences. The local traditions can be experienced through a yearly calendar of festivals and dances that have been handed down from one generation to the next.
We have two schools in Panama located in the archipelago of Bocas del Toro and in the more peaceful western highlands of the valley of Boquete!
Bocas del Toro is Panama’s top beach destination, next to the Caribbean sea and close to the border with Costa Rica. You will study in a beautiful natural environment, where you can go snorkelling and zip-lining by day and where you can dance all night after dark.
Boquete is a cosy mountain town in the western highlands and a fantastic place for all students who wish to combine a Spanish language course with adventure activities, such as rock climbing, hiking and kayaking! Or, why not combine both locations to experience both mountains and beach and to get to know as much of Panama as possible!
