Cusco is one of the most beautiful cities in Peru and is a truly wonderful location in which to learn Spanish. The city sits amidst the clouds, 11,000 feet above sea level and is sunny virtually all year round. Cusco offers all the amenities of an internationally-known city, such as internet cafes and a range of restaurants, whilst still preserving its Spanish colonial heritage, built on the foundations of the Incas. Our Spanish language school is just off the Plaza de Armas, the main meeting point in Cusco.

Our Spanish language school in Cusco has 12 classrooms, decorated with Peruvian arts and crafts typical of the local area. All our Spanish language classes in Cusco have a maximum of four students, aiding interactivity and true immersion in the language. In addition to a multimedia room, our language school has an extensive terrace, where you can relax and practise your Spanish with other students from the school.

Spanish Courses in Peru

Our school offers a wide range of Spanish language courses:

- Standard Spanish Course.
This course consists of 20 Spanish lessons/week under the guidance of an experienced tutor. The needs of every student are evaluated on a weekly basis, allowing you to get the most from learning Spanish at our school.

- Super-Intensive Spanish Course.
This course consists of 30 Spanish lessons/week and is ideal for total immersion in the Spanish language. You will study in small groups in the morning, and receive individual tuition in the afternoon.

- Business Spanish.
This course is ideal for students wanting to learn to speak Spanish in a business environment. The course consists of 20 lessons/week and is perfect for students with an intermediate level who want to improve their confidence in using Spanish for business purposes.

- Volunteer Work
This option is available to students who have completed a minimum of two weeks at our Spanish language school and who have an upper intermediate level of Spanish. Our school in Cusco will arrange volunteer work for a period of 2-12 weeks in local community-based projects. Working in partnership with local people, this is an ideal way to enrich and extend your Spanish course in Peru.

Host family accommodation
All of our Spanish-speaking Peruvian host families have been carefully chosen by our school for the welcoming environment they provide, as well as their proximity to the school. Staying with a host family is an ideal way to practise the Spanish you learn at the school, and experience Peruvian customs and way of life. Choose host family accommodation to immerse yourself in the Spanish language and the warmth of Latin American culture!

Our Spanish school in Cusco, Peru, runs a cultural and activities program of 2-3 activities per week. Learning Spanish at our school in Peru, you will have the opportunity to experience Peruvian cookery and Latin dance firsthand, as they are both offered as optional activities within the cultural program. Our school also organizes full-day trips to the main historical sites of the region, including the lost city of Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca. How to get to our school in Cusco, Peru

To get to Cusco, many of our students fly to Lima Airport. A collection service, overnight accommodation in Lima and onward flight to Cusco can be arranged by our school. Alternatively, you may fly direct to Cusco. Please contact us for details.

On arrival at Cusco Airport, all of our students are met free-of-charge by their host family and are taken to their accommodation.
