Accommodation in Regensburg

For total immersion in German language and culture, we recommend staying with one of our carefully selected German host families. You can choose from bed and breakfast or half-board (2 meals per day), or you can choose to stay with a 'German Host' on a self-catering basis. Staying with a 'German host' means sharing an apartment with Germans (usually other students) but cooking for yourself.

Our school in Regensburg also has a modern on-site residence, reserved exclusively for students at our school.

If you prefer to stay with German students from Regensburg's prestigious university, ask about our university residence option.

Both residences provide full self-catering facilities.

Cultural Activities

The cultural and activity programme organised by our school will make sure that you complete your German course with a real understanding of the German way of life, as well as having made friends from all over the world you will never forget! As well as a 'must-do' guided tour of Regensburg, our school organises workshops to enhance your language learning, focussing on modern German films and current political, social and cultural affairs.

So that you have a fantastic time once you leave the classroom, our school also organises pub evenings, guided walks, cycling tours, cooking classes and full day excursions to nearby places of interest, such as Munich. Regensburg is an ideal location from which to explore the rest of Bavaria!

German Work Placement

If you want to improve your ability to use German, especially in work situations, join our German Work Placement Programme. You will attend a minimum 4-week Standard Course, followed by 8-12 wks unpaid work placement in Regensburg or the surrounding area. Areas of work include marketing, banking, insurance, and public administration. So that we can arrange the very best placement for you, please apply at least 3 months before you wish to start your course.

Business German Courses

Do you already have an intermediate level of German? Do you want to improve your business German skills? Then why not consider our Business German Course? This course consists of 20 language lessons every week, plus 10 classes focusing on topics such as marketing, trade, and personnel management.
