German and Skiing in Kitzbühel, Austria

Kitzbühel

Our German school in Kitzbühel, in the Tyrol, is located just 3 minutes’ walk from the nearest ski bus stop. From there it takes only 7 minutes by bus to reach the slopes! Kitzbühel is a world famous ski resort with 67 lifts and about 250km of prepared pistes and 100km of off-piste slopes. A former ski instructor, our school’s friendly Director knows the slopes of Kitzbühel really well, and will be happy to advise on the best ski routes for you.

Course

Having fun on the slopes!

At the morning coffee break between lessons, the school staff and students discuss the best places to ski that day, based on weather and snow conditions, and the skiing experience of the students. If you catch the ski bus after morning lessons, you can ski from 1pm until the lifts close shortly before dark. You can expect to ski for about 4 hours Monday to Friday, and, if you like, for the whole day on Saturday and Sunday. Our school’s Director is an enthusiastic skier and accompanies the group at least 3 times a week. Students normally meet after skiing in a café or bar to discuss the events of the day and to practise speaking German.

Whatever your level of German, our school in Kitzbühel has a course to suit you! What’s more, Kitzbühel offers varied skiing, with slopes for both beginners and more experienced skiers.
