Valencia is an exciting city, and a great location for our Spanish course for 8-18 year-olds. The city has everything, from a charming old centre to the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences development. Discover Valencia’s fine collection of museums, its unforgettable fiestas and the region’s mouth-watering cuisine!

Our school in Valencia

You’ll have your Spanish lessons on our extensive, self-contained school complex, with an on-site swimming pool, just over 10 miles from Valencia. Our classrooms have state-of-the-art, flat-screen computers with internet access and interactive whiteboards, which make learning fun! There are also two music rooms, four science laboratories, a 400-seat theatre, dining room and audiovisual room with DVD, video and projector equipment. The school also boasts exceptionally good sporting facilities, including football pitches, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, gymnasiums, ballet rooms and a mini-golf course.

Cultural program

Our cultural program takes full advantage of the school’s sporting facilities. In addition to football, skating, volleyball and other sports, you can also learn Karate, Taekwondo or Judo! Or take part in cookery, flamenco, art & sculpture, singing, chess, IT or music sessions. With such a wide range of options, there’s something for everyone! You’ll have at least an hour a day to try different activities with your fellow students.

Also included in the cultural package are trips to various historical monuments, exhibitions and museums, amongst other places. You’ll have a guided tour of Valencia and experience the thrills of Terra Mitica theme park. Excursions such as these give you a glimpse of Spain and Spanish culture, and the chance to practice your language skills!

The course

Great on-site sports facilities

You can study for between two weeks and two months on this Spanish course for 8-18 year-olds, with 15 Spanish lessons each week. Our highly-skilled and dedicated teachers are all native Spanish speakers, and you will be taught entirely in Spanish, helping your language skills to develop as quickly as possible.

Accommodation

For the duration of your course, you will stay either with a Spanish host family, or in a comfortable student residence with the rest of the students you have traveled with. With a host family, you’ll become totally immersed in the Spanish language and way of life. Our school selects families according to strict criteria, ensuring that you’ll be comfortable with your Spanish hosts. Your family will provide you with breakfast and dinner on weekdays (lunch is served at the school), and three meals a day at the weekends.
